Gratuity is not included in your investment. In keeping with luxury villa tradition and genuine appreciation for exceptional service, a suggested gratuity of $150–$200 USD cash is warmly recommended for your villa and support team, distributed at your discretion upon departure.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

On or before July 31, 2026: Full refund minus $250 admin fee

August 1 – August 31, 2026: 50% refund

September 1, 2026, and beyond: No refund

All sales are final after September 1, 2026. By completing registration, guests agree to this policy in full and waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their financial institution. A signed agreement is required to confirm your space.
